The new version of the QRH has been issued; please start using it straight away. It makes all of the changes included in the Standards page, which I have now moved under the PA34 Tech menu, plus a few other minor alterations. I’ve also slightly changed my notes on Engine Failures to reflect the new QRH requirement to check that the gear and flaps are indicating UP after the failed engine has been feathered.
There are a couple of minor typos and errors that you should be aware of:
- The start request in the PRE-START checks should be deleted.
- Before making the start request in any of the START checks, you must obtain the ATIS.
- The IAS on the instrument approach should be 100 kts.
